About Riverview South Preschool Campus
The Kid's Community College® Riverview South preschool campus will admit its first undergraduate students in August 2012. The brand new, 5,000 square foot facility located on 4.5 acres will be home to only 75 select student families and will provide high-quality care for children 6 weeks to 5 years (preschool) and up to age 12 (after school). The preschool will feature a year-round extended day program from 6:45am to 6:15pm, Monday through Friday. The campus will be a NAC nationally accredited School Readiness Provider and offer the Voluntary Prekindergarten Program (VPK) during the school year and summer.
The students will receive premiere care giving by credentialed professors who incorporate individualized instruction within the low student/professor ratio classrooms. Professors facilitate development, education and instructional experiences that maximize the effective use of strengths and target areas of developmental need to ensure optimal student success of every student.
The Kid's Community College® Riverview South preschool introduces students to computer technology, music and movement, the Spanish language, and Stretch-n-Grow within our state-of-the art Language Arts and Technology Hall. In addition, separate playgrounds are offered which are securely fenced and furnished with age appropriate playground equipment that will challenge and thrill students of every age. The campus is a participant in the Quality Counts for Kids program.
